I have been mixing with KS monitors for more than 7 years now. If it sounds good on them it will sound good on any other speaker. They are THE reference. Gone are the days when customers were blown away by the sound in the studio and then shocked when they listen to their music at home. My ADM2 / ADMW stacks reveal every detail in the mix and monitoring the dynamics of the music is exceptionally good. No masterer had to fight with squashed mixes or bad frequency-curves since I use my KS. They just play the music as it is and do not fatigue your ears with phase anomalies. I recently had the chance to try the new Line master and I am sure they will end all discussions about nearfields yes or no. How the cylindric wave unfolds the music right in front of you and still gives you the depth of field and large stereo-base of a wallmount system is absolutely stunnng. I never heard such a clear and tight bass-respnse and so much air in music before. | |||
